A. Program Design and Implementation: The contractor shall develop a comprehensive program outline, including curriculum development, training materials, and delivery methods. B. Training and Capacity Building: a. The contractor shall outline how they plan to conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the entrepreneurial skills and capabilities of community leaders and stakeholders. b. In addition, the contractor shall provide resources, tools, and guidance to enable participants to effectively mentor and support small businesses within their communities. C. Community Engagement: a. The contractor shall facilitate networking opportunities and collaboration among program participants, fostering a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurship. b. The contractor shall encourage active involvement of local stakeholders, including government officials, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Organizations, Entrepreneur Support Organizations, and educational institutions, in program activities. D. Monitoring and Evaluation: a. The contractor shall develop a monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the effectiveness and impact of the program. b. The contractor shall regularly collect data and feedback from program participants to track progress and identify areas for improvement. E. Reporting and Documentation: a. The contractor shall submit regular progress reports, detailing program activities, achievements, challenges, and outcomes. b. The contractor shall maintain accurate records and documentation of program implementation, including attendance records and participant feedback. F. Budget and Financial Management: a. The contractor shall manage program finances in accordance with the approved budget, ensuring transparent and accountable use of funds. b. The contractor shall provide detailed financial reports and documentation as required by AEDC. G. Compliance and Legal Requirements: a. The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing the delivery of services and management of funds. b. The contractor shall maintain appropriate insurance coverage and liability protection throughout the duration of the contract. H. Performance Standards and Quality Assurance: a. The contractor shall adhere to established performance standards and quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. b. The contractor shall address any concerns or complaints raised by program participants in a timely and satisfactory manner. I. Termination and Renewal: a. The contract may be terminated by AEDC for cause or convenience in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. b. AEDC reserves the right to renew the contract for additional terms based on satisfactory performance and the availability of funding, not to exceed a total aggregate contract term of seven (7) consecutive years.
