Specifications include, but are not limited to: LES is seeking qualifications of an experienced and well-equipped provider to deliver expert facilitation for Executive team development work on team building, alignment, and collaborative leadership. The provider will design and implement teaming effort to assess executive team strengths and weaknesses, advantages, growth areas, and blind spots. Outcomes intended include: Perform individual diagnostic assessments and provide recommendations for professional and leadership growth – as an individual and in the context of the team. Build team and individual self-awareness about elements of executive presence and intra-team relationships. Improve capability to be a high-performing executive team through effective decision making, ability to achieve alignment, and healthy/constructive conflict resolution. Improve the culture of providing healthy and constructive feedback, and practices for receiving feedback non-defensively. Identify opportunities to break down organizational silos, improve transparency and trust, and promote enterprise leadership down through all LES’s levels of leadership. Establish team norms and common commitments, and measures for holding ourselves accountable to them.
