Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The contractor will remove and replace damaged asphalt areas designated on the site maps. • The contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labor, and disposal for the removal and replacement of asphalt. • Working hours will be between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. • All measurements are to be verified by the contractor. Area #1: Food Row (Approximately 15,345 SF) • Remove damaged asphalt & regrade the existing base. • Add up to 1” compacted ¾” road mix as needed. • Replace with 3” of compacted hot mix asphalt. Area #2: C Gate (Approximately 4,428 SF) • Remove damaged asphalt & regrade the existing base. • Add up to 1” compacted ¾” road mix as needed. • Replace with 3” of compacted hot mix asphalt. Area #3: Western Town (Approximately 3,456 SF) • Remove damaged asphalt & regrade the existing base. • Add up to 1” compacted ¾” road mix as needed. • Replace with 3” of compacted hot mix asphalt. Area #4: Beer Garden (Approximately 840 SF) • Excavate area to allow for 8” of compacted ¾ road mix. • Place 2.5” of compacted hot mix asphalt Areas #5 & #6: Small Patches (Approximately 696 SF) • Remove damaged asphalt & regrade the existing base. • Add up to 1” compacted ¾” road mix as needed. • Replace with 3” of compacted hot mix asphalt.
