Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof Existing Membrane Roof Covering Will be Replaced with a 60mil TPO Roof System Our inspection found that wind/storm damage to the membrane roof covering. The existing membrane roof covering was installed over 15 years ago. There is a center divider wall with ten (10) ridges and nine (9) valleys on either side that have a rise of approximately 5” for every 12” rise per panel. Currently water stands in the valleys instead of draining towards the drains near the edge. The specifications require removing the current roof membrane and replacing it with a 60mil TPO roof system, the perimeter drip edge/covering, flashing over gaps between ridges and removal of additional layers of roofing in order for the contractor to properly set up the roof draining system. Cost must also include removing all materials, debris, trash from the site and disposing of it properly. Contractor must keep the site in a clean condition at the end of each day and never interfere with the Golf Course’s operations and duties.
