Specifications include, but are not limited to: o Lobby: new floor, wall & ceiling finishes; lighting; multimedia display; and trophy case o Hall of Fame: new flooring, wall & ceiling finishes; lighting; interactive multimedia display o Hallway: new floor, wall & ceiling finishes; lighting; and multimedia displays o Workout Area and Rebel Fuel: opening in existing CMU wall; new kitchen equipment, new floor and paint; new finishes at Rebel Fuel as well as new lighting and replacement of glass block with vision windows in the general workout area. Note: UNLV anticipates a tie into the existing grease interceptor for Rebel Fuel. o Auditorium: new floor, wall & ceiling finishes, including new AV equipment, removal of existing sloped slap to create platform area, new openings in CMU walls, new fixed seating, glass railings, interactive multimedia displays o Sports Medicine: new floor, wall & ceiling finishes; lighting throughout o New designated check-in area o Replace existing Records Rooms area to two (2) Doctor’s Exam Rooms with sink in each o Provide infrastructure for new equipment as required per documents o Pool Room to replace existing 10’-0” deep pool with four (4) cold/hot above ground pools o Training Yard east of Workout Area: The scope of work is limited to replacement of the existing shade fabric and replace the turf (basis of design specs to be provided in coordination with UNLV). o Provide new power, data and LED lighting throughout per construction documents. o Provide modifications/additions to the mechanical infrastructure per mechanical drawings o Provide plumbing modifications/additions per plumbing drawings.
