Specifications include, but are not limited to: # Provide the WKVC’s residents with laboratory services as ordered by the attending physician/nurse practitioner and to notify the WKVC of the test results. # Provide WKVC and attending physician/nurse practitioner with the tests results through integration with our PointClickCare electronic medical record platform. # Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services. The vendor will also notify WKVC of any policy changes derived from current state and federal regulations as they affect the laboratory services. # Make all laboratory services available to all residents without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion, or handicap. # Provide WKVC with cumulative laboratory reports if and when they become available
