Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor must inspect the facility and verify the list of equipment to be serviced and maintained according to the specifications. Within 30 days of first Semi-Annual maintenance, Contractor shall provide to the CHP Facility Coordinator an updated list of all serviceable equipment. The list may include Brand, Make, Model No., Serial No., and any other information needed for the identification of equipment to be serviced and/or requested by the Facility Coordinator. B. CHP reserves the right to add equipment similar to the list established at the commencement of this contract and delete equipment that has become obsolete. Contractor will be notified in writing if the equipment has been added and/or removed from the list. CHP reserves the right to correct any deviations in the Make, Model, and/or Serial numbers without amending the agreement. C. Routine service to be performed semi-annually. Contractor shall notify the Area Office Coordinator of the date and time the service is to be performed one (1) week prior to the actual work. D. Contractor shall sign-in/out with the Area Office Coordinator upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided. E. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect service locations. Any damage caused by Contractor to state equipment, materials, or other priority shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor to the satisfaction of the state at no cost to the state. The state may, at its option, repair any damage and deduct from Contractor the cost thereof.
