Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Heat and air conditioning in GOOD working order. 2. Speaker system with microphone in GOOD working order. 3. Seating capacity for a MINIMUM of 47 passengers. 4. Restroom facilities must be CLEAN and in GOOD working order. 5. Reclining seats. 6. Bus operator’s complete knowledge of roadways leading to and from destination or GPS system. 7. Option for more than one bus to be used on the same date, if required. 8. The right to cancel, at any time, without penalty. 9. Working DVD player, monitors and sound. 10. Ample storage underneath bus for athletic gear and luggage. 11. Overhead storage in bus for athletic gear. 12. Legal workday limitations for driver and scheduling drivers appropriately. 13. Drivers must speak, read, write, and understand English language. 14. All buses must be in good, safe condition and meet all DOT rules and regulations. All maintenance records must be provided to the College for inspection if requested. 15. Proof of Liability Insurance. 16. Overnight trips should have working Wi-Fi and working electrical outlets for each seat on the bus.
