Construction of masonry, precast and metal panel buildings, 1 to 2 stories, with the purpose of serving the track as well as bleacher and grandstand seating and any associated site, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. The north building (2 stories) is primarily track storage, viewing, time keeping and an enclosed throws room. The south building (2 stories) is primarily concessions, hospitality, restrooms, changing rooms and an observation deck. This project includes as well a steel stud framed ticket booth (between the south building and grandstand), site work, demolition, earthwork, and concrete for sidewalks associated with the buildings. Note the rough building pad earthwork was part of the first phase of this project which included the adjacent track. On site coordination of conditions will be required.
