Specifications include, but are not limited to: Groundwater Monitoring: • Semi-annual sampling of 29 wells for commons, metals, and volatile organic compounds (VOCS). • Validation of lab results. • Preparation and submittal to MDEQ of semi-annual data validation and statistical analyses report to fulfill the requirements provided in ARM Title 17, Chapter 50. Surface Water Monitoring: • Monthly sampling of sprinkler system during irrigation season for VOCs. • Annual sampling of storage pond for VOCs. • Preparation and submittal to MDEQ of annual land application summary report. Methane Monitoring: • Monthly sampling of 69 landfill gas monitoring sites using portable landfill gas meter. • Quarterly sampling of additional 39 landfill gas monitoring sites. • Preparation and submittal to MDEQ of monthly landfill gas sampling reports. Operation and Maintenance of Groundwater Extraction System (GWES): • Annual calibration of GWES flowmeters. • Annual startup of GWES. • Monthly monitoring of GWES components during irrigation season. • Annual winterization of GWES. Operation and Maintenance of Three Landfill Gas Extraction Systems (LGES): • Monthly monitoring of LGES components. • Quarterly sampling of LGES stack gas for VOCs. • Preparation and submittal to MDEQ of annual LGES performance report.
