Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 The scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Assessment of existing infrastructure and systems o Conduct an analysis of our current traffic management infrastructure [traditional and digital signage, over height vehicular detection, etc] examples outlined in Background and Proposed Locations within this document. o Assess the suitability of AI camera, sensors, and digital signage technologies for our specific requirements. • Consultation/Assistance with the design, procurement, and deployment of integrated solutions to meet desired outcomes o Assist with the development of a comprehensive plan for deploying AI camera systems, sensors, and digital signage at strategic locations to detect incidents [e.g. over height vehicles and ponding on water] and collect data for analysis. o Assist with designing digital signage solutions for real-time communication of traffic information, including over height vehicular alerts, road closures, and alternate routes. Phase 2 • Procurement of required services, infrastructure, and product o Provide support in procuring agreed upon hardware, software, services and infrastructure components. • Installation and configuration of intelligent cameras, sensors, and digital signage o Oversee the installation and configuration of intelligent camera systems, sensors, and digital signage displays. • Integration with transportation management software and public safety systems o Assist with solutions development to ensure seamless integration with existing traffic management and public safety systems. o Assist with developing solutions to support integration of traffic signaling methodology to proactively divert traffic when unsafe conditions are detected • Testing, validation, and quality assurance o Develop training materials and conduct sessions for our staff to familiarize them with the operation and maintenance of the deployed solutions. o Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides. • Ongoing technical support and maintenance services o Develop training materials and conduct sessions for our staff to familiarize them with the operation and maintenance of the deployed solutions. o Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
