1. Replace (46 windows) existing glass with dual-pane window panels. 2. Windows are to be lightly tinted. Awarded vendor to provide glass tinting samples after award of contract for review and approval by the CHP Facilities Coordinator. 3. Furnish all new framing materials to support the glass panels as necessary. 4. Paint and finish the front face around windows, if needed. 5. Contractor will ensure that the work area is kept clean and free of debris, as necessary, to maintain a safe working environment for staff. All debris, trash, and packaging are to be disposed of off-site on a daily basis. 6. All materials are to be warrantied as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Contractor is to provide a one-year warranty on their workmanship.
