Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County is seeking a Vendor who can perform Body and paint repairs on all makes and model cars, trucks including commercial trucks. The Facility must be within a 15- mile Radius of the Churchmans Road facility. New Castle County is seeking a vendor to provide estimates for body shop repairs to its vehicles in a manner consistent with repair hours outlined in Mitchell’s Collision Guide. Vendor shall provide free estimates to New Castle County for its vehicles regardless of County sites or vehicle location. Repair estimates shall be presented to the Fleet Services Manager or his designee prior to any work on any vehicle. Estimates must be provided within 24-hours of notification.
