Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Montclair Community Center Tennis Courts: Work shall consist of the repair and renovation of the existing color-coated tennis courts, including, but not limited to cleaning existing surface, removing old color-coating, repairing all cracks, removing and installing new joint sealer, repairing existing color coated tennis surface, installing new tennis court color coating surface over the old, existing color coated surface, striping courts for two tennis courts and two pickleball courts. a. Tennis courts have a concrete base course with an asphalt overlay that has been color coated. 2. Orchard Park Tennis Courts: Work shall consist of the repair and renovation of existing, four, concrete tennis courts, including, but not limited to repairing all cracks, repairing all areas were the existing concrete pavement surfacing is spalling, removing and installing new joint sealer, cleaning the court surface, and re-striping of four tennis court lines and striping four, new, pickleball lines on each tennis court. D. The work will be constructed under a single prime contract.
