Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mill & Overlay: The existing pavement surface will undergo a comprehensive mill and overlay process to enhance durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This involves milling 1.5” of the deteriorated asphalt followed by a cleaning/sweeping of the milled surface, then the application of a new layer of asphalt overlay. Pavement Markings: The parking areas will be re-striped to ensure that it meets all applicable regulations and provides clear and safe parking spaces for vehicles. This will be done using high-quality, durable paint. Drainage Maintenance: Any drainage features in the parking lot, such as catch basins or swales, will be cleaned and maintained to ensure proper drainage and prevent flooding.
