Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to establish a Price Contract for facility cleaning for the University of Kentucky Athletic Department located in Lexington, Kentucky. Buildings include Joe Craft Training Center, Kroger Field, Nutter Field House, Shively Sports Center, Nutter Training Center, Boone Tennis Center, Track Complex, Soccer Complex Building, and Softball Complex Building. An estimated ten (10) staff are required for the cleaning needs and generally provide service from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for most buildings with a different split shift required for the Joe Craft Training Center. Cleaning needs are full-service in nature. The University should provide cleaning equipment, chemicals, standard janitorial products, utilities, etc. as part of the planned contract award.
