Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide the services as set forth below and as further described in the RFP, as modified by accepted alternates (the “Services” which shall include any applicable Deliverable(s)). This Contract, together with all attachments, addenda, and exhibits, the RFP, and any accepted alternates constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether express or implied and shall bind the parties unless the same be in writing and signed by the parties. The parties further understand and agree that the other party and its agents have made no representations or promises with respect to this Contract, except as in this Contract expressly set forth. Contractor agrees to be bound by any warranties and representations made by Contractor in the Proposal and shall notify UNLV immediately if there are any material changes to the warranties and representations set forth by Contractor in its Proposal, as applicable.
