Specifications include, but are not limited to: Improve the former New York Central Railroad Corridor and sections of Washington Center Road, Coliseum Boulevard and Lima Road by constructing a 12-foot-wide asphalt trail from the intersection of Ice Way and Lima Road to Washington Center Road, just west of the Interstate 69 overpass. The project includes ADA curb ramps, a trail hub rest area, landscaping, two new traffic signals, accessible pedestrian signals (APS), a refuge island on Coliseum Boulevard, a mid-block crossing of Ley Road, connection to Glenbrook Square Mall and other businesses, park benches, picnic tables, a pavilion, wayfinding signage, drainage structures, lighting, fencing, guardrail and handrailing.
