Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide onsite and remote (telehealth) support services to Agency. For onsite services, the Contractor must arrive within 48 hours of the initial request. Contractor must accommodate support needs outside of normal work hours for Critical Incidents. ODF may request modifications to the service levels and work sites in which case Contractor shall use its best efforts to accommodate those requests. Specific Critical Incident response services required by Contractor: Contractor will coordinate and lead group critical incident stress debrief (CISD) meetings for employees impacted by a critical incident and determine if any additional resources or support is needed for the employees. Contractor will coordinate and lead group defusing meetings for employees who have been impacted by a near miss or emergency escape to defuse the stressors experienced and provide additional resources or support as needed.
