Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The supplied equipment must be compatible with the MVA’s VoIP NEC SV9500 as the music equipment will be tied into a music port on PBX by the PBX vendor. This allows continuous play to be interrupted by the PBX paging system. • The supplied equipment must be compatible to work with NEC SV9500 and UG50 devices using Voice over Internet Protocol. • At each location, provide media devices with Ethernet connectivity that can hold 1,000 songs in an audio file, e.g., MPEG Audio Layer 3 (MP3) format or comparable. • The vendor shall use a scheduling tool to give each MVA location its own specific schedule to download music, after normal business hours, from the vendor’s web site. • The music shall be 100% digital delivery, no static and the MVA shall have the ability to control volume.
