Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Bid: The project consists of extending Endeavour Drive approximately 4,065 L.F. from the existing termini to State Road 76, the construction of a turn lane and a bypass lane on State Road 76, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, Airport security fence, fiber optic, stormwater management devices, restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and incidental construction. Work associated with the base bid will include the following major quantities: 31,000 C.Y. Excavation Common, 26,000 Ton Base Aggregate, 4,800 Ton HMA Pavement, 4 Lump Sum biofiltration devices, 4,400 L.F. storm sewer, 1,700 L.F. sanitary sewer, 100 V. F. sanitary manholes, 4,100 L.F. chain-link fence, 300 L.F. fiber optic, 1,000 L.F. HDPE duct, 3,000 L.F. pavement marking, 2,500 L.F. silt fence, 7,800 S.Y. erosion mat, and 75,000 S.Y. restoration. Alternate 1: The project consists of extending the sanitary sewer an additional 1,200 L.F. Work associated with Alternate 1 will include the following major quantities: 1,200 L.F. sanitary sewer, and 64 V.F. sanitary manholes. Alternate 2: The project consists of installing additional underground fiber optic. Work associated with Alternate 2 will include the following major quantities: 6 EA handholes, 5,200 L.F. fiber optic, 8,300 L.F. HDPE duct, and 7,700 S.Y. restoration. Alternate 3: The project consists of expanding an existing concrete aircraft apron. Work associated with Alternate 3 will include the following major quantities: 14,400 C.Y. excavation common, 200 L.F. storm sewer, 3,800 ton base aggregate, 5,900 S.Y. 15- inch concrete pavement, 6,000 S.Y. lean concrete base course, 6,900 L.F. silicone joint sealing, 1,700 L.F. chain-link fence, 1,250 S.Y. erosion mat, and 7,100 S.Y. restoration.
