Specifications include, but are not limited to: Advance equity and racial justice. Assure access to quality child and youth behavioral health consultative services. Cultivate supportive social connections and community environments. Enhance identification, access, and support for children and youth with behavioral health care needs and their families. Foster positive mental health and associated factors. Enhance provider knowledge and competency to address child and youth behavioral health. Funded project will help advance one or more of the Title V Program’s priorities, and selected applicants will work with the Title V Program to develop an approved budget, budget narrative, and a comprehensive work plan that outlines specific project deliverables.
