Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Dakota (“STATE”), acting through the North Dakota Insurance Department (“Purchasing Agency” or “Department”) is soliciting proposals from vendors who can provide program manager services on behalf of the STATE. It is the intent of the purchasing agency to award contracts to 4 or less vendors that have the ability to provide qualified program manager services, as determined by the purchasing agency. The vendors awarded a contract as a result of this solicitation will assist the Purchasing Agency with its goal of revolutionizing its insurance regulatory framework, embracing innovation, prioritizing consumer protection, and expanding upon industry growth.
