Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Hartford intends to upgrade their current video and audio setup in the selectboard meeting room at their Town Hall Building located in White River Junction, Vermont. The town seeks a 3 PTZ camera system of at least 1080p resolution to replace a current camera system installed in the room currently The town also seeks the installation of all necessary hardware for encoding and streaming live meetings over the internet. The following are requirements of the winning vendor. Hardware substitutions are not encouraged, but will be considered: Broadcast/Streaming 1. Provide 3 PTZ POE NDI Robotics with 10-20X room lens, color white and at least 1080p with white mount 2. Provide server computer workstation that supports NDI Video and vmix, along with other software suites for live streaming. Specs of the workstation should meet the minimum requirements of vmix HD with 4-6 NDI Streams 3. Provide 1 PCI HDMI capture card to capture live feed from laptop
