A/C CENTRAL UNIT Submit manuf's cut sheet & cooling load calcs to owner min 15 working days prior to installation. Install central A/C system w/ min EER of 8.6 including condensing unit, A type coil, control & power wiring, insulated freon lines, plenums, ext pad & connections to create a product capable of 68 F interior when ext is 100 F at 95% humidity. Provide owner w/factory warranty, manual & 1-yr contractors warranty. INSTALL TO CODE (14 SEER). 4. Repair or replace all house wiring and fixtures to meet current electrical code requirements including junction and outlet boxes, smoke detectors, outlet switches, cover plates, and all other components of the electrical system. INSTALL TO CODE. 5. Use the most recent version of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Manual J residential load calculation tool http://www.acca.org/tech/manualj/ (calculate the load with manual J based on the post rehab building envelope0, and use the most recent version of ACCA'S Manual S for equipment selection. Provide both Manual J and S reports to the City of Little Rock for review and approval prior to installation. Remove existing furnance, recycle all metal components and dispose of all.
