Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Materials and Labor: a. Provide all labor and materials to complete the following work on the following: Perform a 1- 1/2” asphalt Mill & Overlay to approximately 10,254 square yards of asphalt pavement. Restore all paint striping to original condition to include crosswalk lines, turn lanes, etc. The Airport would like contractor to pave up to the existing concrete sidewalk along the left-hand edge of Aviation Ave. 2. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to verify the areas, sizes and quantities of the areas and items to be completed in this RFP. Failure of the Contractor to verify the listed amounts shall not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility to provide all services required to the standards included herein, for the prices submitted in Contractors’ proposal. 3. The Airport would like the contractor to truck the millings to the parking in Figure 1. and stockpile them to be spread at a later date. Contractor will need to provide equipment to stockpile the material. BTV will also entertain an ADD Alternate#1 in the Unit Price Bid form for the placement and compaction of said milling material. 4. Perform a 1-1/2”-inch Mill & Overlay on the following Streets: - Aviation Avenue from the Intersection of Williston Road up to Intersection of Customs Drive. Approx. 5,388 square yards - Eagle Drive from the Intersection of Aviation Ave up to parking lot of Pratt & Whitney. Approx. 4,866 square yards
