The selected firm shall provide the following services: Abbreviated Engineering Assessment, Environmental Document preparation, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Design & Plan Development, Permit Applications, Right of way Plan Development (Engineering, R/W Staking, Title Research) if necessary, Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations may be included later if these work types become necessary. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services (if required). The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
