Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Final Lloyd Expressway Multimodal Plan (or official plan name) with the following: o Existing Conditions Inventory • Including but not limited to: • mapping • roadway and intersection characteristics • existing traffic volumes and Level of Service for both the Lloyd Expressway and adjacent local network • crash analysis • existing bicycle, pedestrian and greenway network • identifying surrounding land uses o Perform any necessary traffic forecasting o Development of Multimodal Recommendations and Cost Estimates • Including but not limited to: • developing typical sections and design criteria for incorporating multimodal transportation solutions • developing any necessary alternatives • calculating preliminary cost estimates • prioritizing recommendations and improvements •Public participation and meetings o Public involvement may include: • Project team meetings • Stakeholder Advisory Group meetings • Small group discussions • Coordination with other project teams, such as the Lloyd4U team
