Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. EVENING SERVICES (every working day starting at 5:30 PM): a. A night crew shall work during the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A schedule of holidays will be provided. b. Failure to provide the service will result in a deduction owed the Contractor based on the hourly rate established for the service. At no time shall the Contractor defer the work from the night crew to a daytime person. c. The nighttime staff shall: i. Empty all trash receptacles. Replace liners, when needed. ii. Clean and empty all ashtrays and sand urns. iii. Spot clean areas around light switches. iv. Remove all gum and like material from carpets, floors, and furniture. v. Restrooms/ Locker Rooms: 1. Clean and sanitize all fixtures, bowls, urinals, sinks, showers, and saunas. Urinals, toilets, showers, and sinks shall be free of dirt, grime, residue and foreign matter and shall be odor free. 2. Polish mirrors, towel dispensers and wipe splatters from restroom walls. Mirrors and dispensers shall be free of dirt, grime, handprints and streaks or spots. 3. Refill toilet tissue, seat covers, towel, and soap dispensers. 4. Spot wash restroom walls, counters, partitions, and splash areas with disinfectant cleaner. 5. Mop restroom floors with disinfectant cleaner. The Contractor shall provide signs and barriers in areas being mopped or waxed. vi. Elevators: 1. Clean, treat, and polish control panels and all metal surfaces. 2. Clean door tracks and saddles. 3. Damp and mop floor with disinfectant cleaner. The Contractor shall provide signs and barriers in areas being mopped or waxed. vii. Dust mop and damp mop tile, interior brick paved, and hard floors. The Contractor shall provide signs and barriers in areas being mopped or waxed. viii. Clean, sanitize, and polish all drinking fountains. ix. Breakrooms: Clean all counters, sinks and tables. Wipe down the chairs. Clean microwaves inside and out. x. Patio Areas: Wipe down chairs and tables daily, empty ashtrays and trash receptacles. Walls are to be kept clean of spider webs. xi. Vacuum all heavy traffic carpeted areas daily including entrance mats and elevators. Vacuum under desks and vacuum or dust mop all chair mats daily. Vacuum all areas with visible trash or stains every night regardless of any other vacuuming schedule. xii. Vacuum conference and break rooms nightly as required by usage. Vacuum one-third of each building’s general office areas with the intent of covering the entire building on a three-day cycle. Move chairs and moveable furniture as necessary. Spot clean as needed. After vacuuming and spot cleaning, the carpeted area shall be free of all visible litter and soil. xiii. Clean inner and outer entranceway glass and frames of fingerprints, streaks or spots. Clean all interior glass with visual streaks, dirt and grime. xiv. Dust all tables, file cabinets, counters, and other horizontal surfaces. xv. Sweep and damp mop all open, unenclosed stairways. The Contractor shall provide signs and barriers in areas being mopped or waxed. xvi. Scrub all spills or stains and sweep clean/dust mop and wet mop all marble, ceramic tile, and vinyl floors. This requirement includes the removal of all scuffmarks from the floors. Clean floors shall be free of visible dirt, dust and streaks on floor, in corners, behind doors or under furniture or equipment. The Contractor shall provide signs and barriers in areas being mopped or waxed. 2. EXCLUDED AREAS (areas not covered in this Agreement that will be cleaned separately by the County): a.
