This project entails grinding the existing road surface and applying virgin asphalt to enhance safety, functionality, and aesthetics for residents and visitors. The goal is to provide a durable, smooth roadway that improves travel conditions along Cross Road. Project Scope: 1. Road Grinding: The selected contractor shall conduct milling or grinding of the current road surface (approx. 0.22 Miles) to full depth, ensuring the removal of deteriorated asphalt and preparing a smooth base for the new pavement. 2. Paving with Virgin Asphalt: The contractor shall pave 2.5” (type 2 base) and 1.5” Top (type 4 asphalt) and will not use any recycled asphalt products 3.
