• Phase 1 (Planning and Design) – Required planning and design work to support the project team. Within this phase, the critical path start dates and project duration will be determined, the finalized schedule and work plan will be delivered, and the design of any necessary systems for safe and efficient tunnel and penstock inspection preparation will be performed. • Phase 2 (Construction Services) – Required construction activities will generally include the following: (1) monitoring the cleaning and inspection of the Broome Gate guides and seals in the gatehouse with a dive team, (2) performing engineering and monitoring to support tunnel and penstock preparation and cleaning in support of the Inspection, (3) monitoring the servicing of downstream gates and appurtenances, (4) performing detailed inspection and assessment of the tunnels and penstocks, (5) documenting the overall project in a detailed report.
