Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct business as to not interfere with other uses or activities on the property. Provide consistent hours weekly for the public. Be willing to extend or add hours to the operation for special events or tournaments. Open and staff the food truck in coordination with activities that the City has scheduled, unless otherwise stipulated by the Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department. Comply with all local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, and/or directions, including but not limited to: sales tax, payroll tax, and the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines regarding food preparation. Provide power for the operation (no power is provided at the site). Provide security for the concession premises. Clean premises daily of all debris and keep the food truck in clean and orderly condition. Surrender the premises at the end of each term in the same condition (except for normal ear) as received, including, but not limited to removal of all refuse (trash, debris etc.). o Premises must be cleaned and returned to the City’s Parks and Recreation within two (2) weeks after the last scheduled day of operation
