Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed solution must cater to the specific needs of the Department of Safety employees. Content centered around mental health well-being and overall health will be a valuable addition to our current Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources. The vendor shall be responsible for all aspects of the solution, including but not limited to, integration with our existing Intranet site, content generation, and project management from contract through implementation. Content will be creative and variable. In addition to static content, the solution will include engaging videos, insightful quizzes, and helpful infographics. Content must be relevant, timely, and up-to-date, and also allow for sharing via social media and email campaigns.
