Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected consultant shall perform the following tasks: • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of artificial turf replacement options specific to Breese Stevens Field. • Assess performance metrics of each replacement option, including but not limited to system durability, playability, and safety. • Analyze installation costs associated with each replacement option, considering factors such as materials, labor, construction access, equipment, and compatibility with existing infrastructure. • Evaluate maintenance considerations for each replacement option, including upkeep requirements, service life, and associated costs. • Examine the materials used in each replacement option and assess their sustainability and environmental impact. • Ensure that all replacement options meet FIFA and United Soccer League standards for quality, performance, and safety.
