Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct a representative survey of at least 1,200 Marylanders about 988 crisis hotline services in Maryland. A. Provide BHA with a written review of the literature and/or prior polling about the 988 crisis hotline in Maryland, other states, and nationally. This will be used to inform the survey development. B. Develop a written research plan for the statewide survey including the specific survey tool to be used. 1. Include a mixed methods approach, which would combine a probability and non-probability sample. 2. Each survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. 3. Most of the survey could be conducted online, but a portion will be conducted by telephone for those Marylanders who are internet-reluctant or do not have internet access. 4. The survey will be offered in both English and Spanish. 5. The written plan should include oversamples of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI), Black, and Latino Marylanders so that we have enough respondents to analyze. BHA will work with the vendor to identify whether oversampling of additional populations is needed
