Specifications include, but are not limited to: All architectural and engineering services must be performed by, or under the direct supervision of, architects and engineers licensed to work in the State of Maine. This project is funded by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and all design, workmanship, and materials must comply with FTA standards and guidelines. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: A. Site Visit, Review of Existing Building Assessment, and Base Plan Development: The design professional will conduct a site visit to collect information on the existing building structure to ensure they have a strong understanding of building structural elements as well as existing building systems, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, and heating. They will review the City’s existing Building Assessment to verify conclusions made in this report. The City does not have building plans for this structure. The Proposer will be responsible for developing existing conditions, building plans to be utilized as the basis for the future design improvements.
