Specifications include, but are not limited to: Painting of interior of classrooms 802, 803 and 804 per contract documents. New carpet flooring over existing tile, new ACT acoustical ceiling tiles, new acoustical wall mounted panels, new light fixtures, reinforcement of storefront walls, installation of Wenger instrument storage (ofci) and demolition of existing cabinet storage, white boards and other items. Rerouting of existing electrical raceways to accommodate installation of instrument storage and acoustical wall mounted panels. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, accessories, appliances, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, applicable taxes and services necessary for, and incidental to, performing all operations in connection with the specification sections listed below, complete as indicated on the drawings and specifications or incidental to the requirements of this Bid Package Contractor and/or specified herein, unless specifically excluded.
