Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Hooksett is seeking Proposals for an electrical contractor to provide and install a new 400 amp service from the utility pole to an electrical building and provide the electrical gear and associated equipment to power the new concessions building and equipment. The CONTRACTOR will provide the services needed for the following: New 400 amp service: - Supply and install 400 amp 480 volt service entrance to include 400 amp disconnect, 400 amp meter socket and grounding electrode conductors - Supply and install suitable backboard to mount equipment and post meeting Eversource details and specifications for overhead connection requirements - Provide and install properly sized feeder conductors from meter down to electrical building in previously installed conduit as shown on the drawings. Supply and install a 400 amp disconnect within the electrical building. - Supply and install 2-4” conduits with long radius sweeps from power pole to 400 amp disconnect meeting the details and specifications for Eversource. Town will excavate and backfill for the conduit install. Horizontal distance between power pole and 400 amp disconnect is approximately 14ft. New 200 amp service to Concessions Building and Equipment: - Provide and install a feeder tap enclosure and 200 amp 480 volt disconnect to power 150 KVA transformer for 120/208 power - Provide and install a 150 KVA transformer, a 200 amp load center with feed through lugs to power new concessions building power panel and a 200 amp disconnect to power additional power panel for concession cooktop equipment. - Provide and install feeder conductors from shed to new concessions power panels within previously installed conduit. - Provide and install wiring for sewer ejector pump from electrical building through previously installed existing conduit. - Provide conduit seal offs as necessary - Provide and install LED lighting in the electrical building and one duplex receptacle...
