This project includes but not limited to: • Mobilize to site. • Replace the steel siding with new steel siding on buildings A, B, C, D & E per the attached map. o All siding to have wainscoting on the lower 4’ around the entire building. o All siding to be secured with screw type fasteners. o Minimum of .0160” steel thickness before finish with G90 galvanization. o New siding color to be a standard color with a minimum 20 year finish warranty. o All trim including any soffit and fascia to be included. o Repair any treated bottom trim boards as necessary to secure building envelope. o Building C existing siding to remain, new to be placed over the top of the existing in a neat and workmanship like manner. o Supply and Install Plyco or equivalent windows as listed below. ? “A” Barn 60 x 200 x 13 Include thirty eight Plyco style PI-8260 wall vents ? “B” Barn 70 x 200 x 12 Include thirty eight Plyco style S-7220 wall vents-non insulated ? “D” Barn 100 x 140 x 8’8” Include twenty-six Plyco style S-7220 wall vents-non insulated ? “E” Barn 60 x 100 x 10’6” Include eight Plyco S-7220 wall vents-non insulated ? “C” Barn 70 x 170 x 10’ 6” Include framing in of thirty – 4’x4’ roll-up counter windows. o Paint 68 metal hollow core service doors with Sherwin Williams “All Surface Enamel Latex” paint, color TBD. o Ensure all building envelopes are sealed from nature. • Provide alternate price to supply and install seamless 6” K-style gutters and downspouts per the dimensions listed below. Standard color TBD. o A - 400’ o B – 400’ o C – 340’ o D – 280’ o E – 200’ o H – 200’ o K – 220’ • Provide alternate price for the supply and installation of replacement overhead garage doors. o Minimum of 26 gauge, flush panel, pre-finished white. o Include new weather seals, hardware and door stiffeners. ?
