Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractors maintenance shall include preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance necessitated by normal usage. B. Contractors corrective maintenance shall include machine enhancements and replacement parts (excluding consumable parts, i.e.: belts, fusers, cleaner rollers, etc.). C. Contractorâs preventative maintenance shall consist of inspecting, cleaning, and periodically lubricating various components as well as replacing any working parts, adjustments, and testing of each machine during maintenance or corrective maintenance calls. D. Contractors replacement of required parts or assemblies due to normal wear shall be provided (new or functionally equivalent thereto) and installed at no additional charge. E. Contractor shall ensure that lubricants and other materials (except consumables) needed to service equipment, shall be provided at no additional charge. F. Contractor agrees that digital printers and scanners shall be in good working order after service is performed, unless parts are ordered which could delay the corrective maintenance requested of the machine. G. Unscheduled service does not include those services CHP Reproduction Unit staff can self perform. H. The Contractor shall respond on-site to all unscheduled service calls for equipment failure within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, or by the next business day. I. A service log will be attached to each machine. The Contractor will fill in the "Cause of Breakdown" column.
