The City of Bangor (City) requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proposers to assist with Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer Systems (MS4) permit compliance for a (3) three-year period. The selected Proposer will assist with compliance activities as requested by the City, including compliance activity consulting, catch basin inspections, document writing and updating, outfall inspections, and municipal employee training. The selected Proposer may also be requested to assist with conceptual planning for future stormwater projects and other professional services as needed. All fieldwork will be performed within the City of Bangor. (3) Three (1) one-year options are contemplated, contingent upon mutual agreement between the parties.
