Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kansas Board of Regents is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide specialized legal advice and consultative services regarding federal compliance for federal education grant administration. Advice and consultation services include, but is not limited to, Office Management and Budget, Uniform Grant Guidance, the Education Department General Administrative Regulations, and General Education Provisions Act. The entity shall advise and provide guidance on compliance with Every Student Succeeds Act, Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, and the Higher Education Act.
