Specifications include, but are not limited to: FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: 3 As a Safe at Home Applicant, I want the ability to access an SaH application and checklist through any of these three routes: the future state SaH portal, an Applicant Assistant, or directly from the Safe At Home Manager; so that I have the flexibility to choose the best route for me. 4 As a Safe at Home Applicant, I want to access the Safe at Home portal directly, so that I can complete the self-service digital enrollment workflow process myself with assisted prompts from the system using the application and checklist. 5 As a Safe at Home Applicant, I want to download the SaH paper Application packet, so I can complete the enrollment workflow process myself, and send the completed packet directly to the Safe at Home Manager. 6 As an Applicant Assistant, I want to be able to respond to an Applicant's request for help with an Enrollment packet in person via my desktop portal access, so that their enrollment is expedited.
