Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is a statewide communications and public engagement campaign for Nebraska’s Quality Rating and Improvement System, Step Up to Quality. The project should include media services, creative development and assistance with new media use, social media marketing, earned media opportunities, and other innovative and creative methods to engage the identified audiences, to include early childhood professionals, parents and families seeking quality early childhood education programs, and the general public. The project should include program recruitment strategies for early childhood programs not yet participating in Step Up to Quality. Additionally, it should include strategies for continued engagement for early childhood programs currently participating in Step Up to Quality.
