Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall Construct all construction safety barriers to keep bystanders out of work areas and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 2. This is a Historic structure, and all repairs and replacements will have to meet Historic guidelines and pre-approved before repairs. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for adhering to the paint, stain manufactures guidelines, labeling this includes applying during appropriate temperatures and humidity levels. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing all surfaces for painting, staining including making sure all wood and other surfaces that’s being painted, stained is pressure washed clean and dry and properly prepped. 5. Contractor shall re-nail any loose existing siding and cornice and replace bad or rotten wood or siding with equivalent thickness and to match existing. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for the application and paint-stain to best match existing color, tint as close as possible and the paint-stain shall be pre-approved before application. 7. Contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to prep all wood, logs, and windows to complete project (Approx. 1’009 sq. ft.)
