Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Prospective Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidental costs to pipe burst approximately 1,079 linear feet of existing 6" gravity sewer pipe and replace with IPS Gray SDR17 High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). 2. Work will be conducted to replace sections of existing gravity sewer lines from Campground Bathhouse C & D to existing Manhole # 2, and from Manhole #2 to Manhole #1 in Campground A. Line # 1: Total Length is approximately 179'. Pipe burst approximately 92' of existing gravity line to existing service "y". Install new HPDE service "y" and install cleanout on open end. From cleanout and service "y", pipe burst approximately 87' of existing gravity to MH #2. Line # 2: Total Length is approximately 200'. Pipe burst approximately 200' from MH#2-MH #1 Campground C to Campground A crossing Arkansas Highway 154. Line # 3: Total Length is approximately 700'. Pipe burst approximately 700' of existing gravity sewer from Bathhouse D to MH #2. NOTE: Deductive Alternate Line # 3 will be a Deductive Alternate to project total bid price. Owner reserves the right to accept the Deductive Alternate to keep project in available funding. 3. Contractor shall perform replacement of existing gravity sewer line using pipe bursting method. Existing pipe will remain in ground, in pieces/shards, as pipe bursting goes through and breaks up existing pipe and pulls new line through the old pipe profile. 4. Contractor is to verify all measurements, material quantities and locations of connections and reconnections. 5. Any gravity sewer line repair or installation during project shall conform to the American Water Works Association Standard C605. 6. Contractor will be responsible to prevent an undo damage to existing building and structures. 7. Any and all construction safety barriers required to keep bystanders out of the work area, and at a safe distance for the duration of the project. 8. Contractor is responsible for all material deliveries and protection of during construction period. 9.The Prospective Contractor shall slope sides of trench, provide trench boxes, or provide shoring as required by OSHA safety requirements. 10.
