The Macroalgae Harvester will be used to remove nuisance build-ups of macro-algae from inland sheltered marine waters of the State of Delaware. All exposed hull, frame and support structures must be made with stainless steel or aluminum metal or other appropriate material for operating and being stored in marine environments. Unit should be able to collect and carry minimum of 2,000 lbs of macroalgae. Unit should be no longer than 34 feet in length, no greater than 11 feet width while being transported over the road, with powered paddle wheels that can fold to operate on the side or rear of the vessel as needed. Cutting depth should have a maximum depth of 5 feet. There is allowance for small deviations that conform to reasonable industry standards and do not compromise the function of the product. Any deviations must be detailed in the proposal forms. Unit should be diesel powered with protected engine casing
