Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operator shall meet the requirements as a certified Public Water Supply Operator in the State of New Hampshire Shall be regulated under the Safe Water Drinking Act, New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and Drinking Water and Groundwater Bureau Contract shall include: Required Sampling and preventative maintenance (if applicable) as listed. In addition the Operator shall work as the Town’s agent to ensure the system(s) remain in compliance with the NHDES and EPA requirements. Manage all applicable NHDES communications Attendance at all sanitary surveys Development of consumer confidence reports for Community systems Monitoring and quarterly reporting of disinfection by-products for chlorinated systems 27/7 phone access to operator or qualified staff Management and completion of sampling schedule as required by NHDES Thorough review of all test results and communications
