Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Document and evaluate the existing HVAC equipment and conditions within the DPW garage. 2.2 Provide an evaluation of the requirements for a DPW garage space based on the State of New Hampshire adopted building codes pertaining to HVAC and ventilation requirements for DPW or substantially similar spaces. 2.3 Provide the necessary Bidding documents to include, but may not be limited to 2.3.1 Demolition Drawings for existing components that will need to be removed 2.3.2 Provide design development drawings (50%) and specifications showing the scope of the work for the ventilation project. This submission SHALL confirm alignment of project scope with the owner and project stakeholders. 2.4 Current Project Scope includes the following equipment: 2.4.1 Make up air unit (s) 2.4.2 Exhaust fan (s) 2.4.3 CO.NO2 detection system 2.5 Provide 90% permit and construction drawings and specifications showing the scope of the work for the ventilation project for the DPW garage for final review by the owner and project stakeholders 2.6 Provide finalized bidding, permit and construction drawings and specifications showing the scope of the work to be performed. 2.7 Successful bidder SHALL provide administrative services during the entirety of this project to include; 2.7.1 Being available and present for a Mandatory Bidder’s site visit to be able to answer technical questions. Date to be determined and mutually agreeable. 2.7.2 Review of Bidder submittals and assist the Town with evaluating proposals 2.7.3 Answering technical questions via phone, email or site visit during the construction process 2.7.4 Processing requests for information and assist with identifying “punch” list items should the need arise 2.7.5 Fees for items in section 2.7 SHALL include two (2) site visits, not including the Bidder’s mandatory site visit
