Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. LWC will purchase entire quantity requested in bid upon approval and award. LWC does however, require a staggered delivery schedule. LWC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered and will provide a staggered delivery schedule. 2. Bidders desiring to submit a bid from a manufacturer other than Cerro, Howell, Mueller, Weiland, or Great Lakes, must submit a sample. Sample must be provided within three(3) working days of LWC request or your bid will not be considered. Samples must be delivered to the Allmond Warehouse, 4801 Allmond Avenue, Louisville, KY 40214. 8. A Purchase Order number must appear on all bills of lading and invoices. 4. LWC will not pay for any overages on orders shipped. 5. Copper shall be Type K soft. 6. The material supplied shall be in conformance with the latest edition of the AWWA C800 Standard, ASTM B88 and B88M 7. Copper shall be furnished in the following sizes: ¾” x 60’ Rolls ¾” x 100’ Rolls 1” x 60’ Rolls 1” x 100’ Rolls 1 ½” x 60’ Rolls 1 ½” x 20’ Sticks 2” x 20’ Sticks 2” x 40’ Rolls 8. Copper shall be free from defects, pinholes, kinks and shall be round.
